SUPERVISION
Behavior Analysts
Beginning January 1, 2009, each Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst BCaBA must be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA. This applies to all BCaBAs, including those previously certified as Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst. Supervision is required at least once each month for one hour. Annually, at least two of these monthly supervision sessions must be conducted in-person, to include direct observation of actual service provision with individuals.
Jan Montgomery, BCBA, will provide supervision in person and long distance, to meet this requirement. Long distance supervision will be conducted individually and in groups by telephone and web conferencing. Supervision will include review of written and video products submitted by the BCaBA or certification candidate as well as discussion and review of behavioral plans, behavioral practices, program development, data collection and analysis, research review, journal articles and textbook chapters.
Cost is $100 per supervision hour with a discount to groups of three or more. Payment can be made by check or vouchers from employers.

Social Workers
Florida Social Workers seeking licensure must have post-masters supervised experience under the supervision of a licensed clinical social worker or the equivalent who is qualified as determined by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy & Mental Health Counseling
Catherine Williams, LCSW, can provide supervision in person and long distance to meet this requirement in accordance with the Florida supervision requirements.
